Tennis Court Booking Policy
- Open tennis courts may be booked up to 7 days in advance
- In order to lock in the court, a credit card number or full payment for the court must be left with the reservation
- There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for open courts cancelled within 24 hours of the court time. If you cancel the reservation, 24 hours before the court time you will not be charged
Tennis Court Absence Policy
- Customer MUST notify the club at least 24 hours in advance
- Make-ups will only be issued in the form of CREDIT towards the next clinic session purchased
- For example, if you have 2 make-up credits for Session 1, you only pay for 10 of the 12 classes when resigning for Session 2
- If you do not register for the next session of clinics, the make-up credits cannot be used
- There is a maximum of 2 make-up credits per session
- Make-up credits cannot be accumulated ( Max. of 2 at any time)
